Bible Stories

I hope everybody is having a good week. Glad to see warmer temperatures as the week goes on the beginning of the week was too cold! This week friendly frogs have enjoyed listening to different short bible stories and parables. Monday was the prodigal son, Tuesday The miracle of Jesus feeding thousands with just the start of a few loafs of bread and a couple fish. Wednesday we talked about Jonah in the whale and today was the good Samaritan. We'll end the week with David and Goliath and making was edible rocks.

Winter Week

Friendly frogs have had a good week! We've been talking about fun things you do in the winter, different types of weather you have in the winter and safety tips for winter. Tomorrow we will continue with our winter theme and then next week be doing some short Bible Stories.

Winter Time Fun

I hope everybody had a fantastic New Year's would have been better with a Hawkeye Win but we had a fantastic season and I look forward to see what they can do in 2016. I hope everybody has been able to get outside and enjoy some fun time in the snow before some colder temperatures come our way later this week. Saturday I was able to get in some sledding time with my kids they loved it. The hills at the Jr. High in North liberty are fun I also have always enjoyed going to West high school in Iowa city to sled too. We will try to get outside as much as possible as long as the weather and temperatures allow so please remember all winter wear daily :)
