Hip Hip Hooray we enjoyed our day

Friendly frogs had a wonderful day filled with lots of fun. This morning we enjoyed dancing with the other class rooms to the gummy bear song. Today we started to decorate our classroom for Christmas by making some red and green chains to hang by the windows. Next week we are going to make a few other things to add to our walls to get the classroom in the Christmas spirit. The class room decided against watching wiggles so we enjoyed a Barney movie instead with some popcorn. The class all enjoyed their day with their stuffed animals they played with them at center time and watched Barney with them during our movie time today. Thanks to creation kids we had a terrific lunch yummy Pizza Hut Pizza the whole class loved their cheese pizza :) For dessert today we had mini pumpkin pies that we made earlier in the day. This afternoon we get to enjoy Birthday treats Thank you Ms. Amy for making us yummy cookies for Kinsley's Birthday!

Today the class made Indian headbands and everybody enjoyed a dancing game before lunch with all the others classrooms. It's always interesting watching the kids dance with all their crazy and silly moves they got. We're all excited for everything we have planned tomorrow it's going to be a great day filled with lots of fun. Reminder all friendly frogs can wear their pajamas tomorrow and bring in a special stuffed animal to spend the day with. We will have a couple special treats and a special lunch tomorrow :)

Happy Monday all hope everybody had a great weekend. Ready or not winter is here, Brr it's cold outside hope everybody is staying warm and was careful driving this morning with the slippery roads. Please remember all winter wear specially boots as we don't want the kids to have wet shoes and socks.  

Today Creation kids children helped take over all the items that were donated for the food pantry. We are proud that we were able to reach our goal of 500 and learned about how all our donations will help families in our community that don't have enough food this holiday season. 

This week we will continue to do the Thanksgiving theme since it's a short week. 

Friendly frogs enjoyed making fruit loop turkeys today for art and everybody did a great job tracing the word turkey. This week we won't be learning a new letter or number we'll be reviewing A-K and 1-7. Thank you again to everybody that was able to attend the Thanksgiving Lunch on Friday! 

Friendly frogs are excited Wednesday is our pajama/Teddy Bear party. We're going to just have a nice relaxing day to end our short week before the extended Holiday weekend.

Thank You to everybody that was able to attend our Thanksgiving Lunch. We had a wonderful turn out and it meant a lot to the staff and the children. We're very grateful to have such amazing families here at creation kids and enjoy all the time we get to spend with them.
Today the friendly frogs made some turkey hats and then took some silly pictures in them to show them off to everybody on our blog.
Boooo the weather is suppose to get cold this weekend hope everybody has a wonderful weekend and stays warm. Remember all the important winter wear next week as if we go outside we don't want to be too cold.

Friendly Frogs had a good day! We all enjoyed making glove turkeys today and our excited to take them home tonight to share with our family. Happy Birthday to Ms. Amy today the class made wonderful pictures on birthday cards for Ms. Amy!
Rain Rain Go Away we enjoy going outside to play, Due to the weather we stayed inside today and practiced our Christmas songs a little bit extra. Then we enjoyed some time dancing silly to some kidz bop songs. We got some crazy dancers on our hands :)
The week is already half over it's going by so fast! we're so excited for Friday looking forward to lunch with everybody it will be a great way to end a good week :)

Today was another good day in the Friendly Frogs classroom. We enjoyed playing dress-up at center time and playing with cinnamon scented shaving cream in our sensory table. For art we colored our name tags that will be placed at our lunch spot on Friday for our Thanksgiving lunch. We can't wait for all the yummy food. Today we asked who had Thanksgiving at home and who would be traveling for this holiday half the class said people come to their house and the other half said they travel to grandparents. I myself travel but don't have to go far just oxford,Iowa to the in laws. It will be my little ones second holiday I was so excited to get her a pretty thanksgiving dress.
Last night I made the trip to the mall to see Santa it went well my boys asked for multiple remote control cars for Christmas, looks like my dog is going to go crazy because anytime I've purchased remote control vehicles in the past he would bark at them and chase them around the house.
Friendly Frogs earned another homework party and we will be having a teddy bear/ pajama party next Wednesday a nice treat before the holiday. Everybody can wear their Pajama's and bring their favorite teddy bear or stuffed animal to school that day.
