Leaves Leaves Falling Down

Autumn has arrived not that we noticed the last couple days with the beautiful weather but I'll take these last few warm days before the chilly fall weather hits us. Today the friendly frogs enjoyed a little nature walk. The class walked around outside to admire all the trees to see the colors that have started to change, we collected some pine cones and leaves that had fallen to the ground and we're going to enjoy examining them this week in our sensory table. For art today we made a leaf painting that will be hung up tomorrow for display in the classroom. We're all excited for our field trip tomorrow the friendly frogs are excited to see the firetrucks and meet some firefighters. Hope everybody had a great weekend have a terrific night!
