ANOTHER GREAT DAY!

Today we had a small class. We only had three Friendly Frogs. Although it was a bit quieter than yesterday it was still so much fun and we had a few new adventures as well! We are still getting the new classroom, routine and rules down but it was smooth sailing today as we adjusted from one thing to another. I even saw a little more personality from your kiddos....which means they must be feeling comfortable in their surroundings! It is so much fun too see what a short 24 hours can do! Take a look at our day.....

Today for art we worked hard on the letters in our name. We went over the letters a couple times then practiced forming them with paint! Of course after forming letters it was much to fun to just paint away. I love their creativity!

Today was grocery day for our cook, Ms. Merissa. Kinsley and Aiden watch as she loaded up her arms then would race to our door and watch her carry them in. It really is the simple things that make our day!

We changed up our math/puzzle are today to a fun frog puzzle. It was actually pretty hard even for Ms. Kara! After a lot of hard word and some team effort we managed to get it put together. After we had it together we did not want to wreck it!

Today we introduced the question of the day. After doing calendar and even giving Mr. Froggy an umbrella I thought it would be perfect to see hoe many future meteorologist we have on our hands! I was so proud that they chose answers for themselves and not followed each other. Looks like future forecast was about as accurate as our current weather channels :)

With only three friends today our art project went pretty quick. We added a color page to our center time fun! Ms. Allie was really enjoying some "free" art time. Check your child's file for their fun color pages!

Today's Bible lesson was about how we praise God. We discussed that folding our hands and bowing our heads was typical but in our short story it mentioned how sometime we are so joyful and energetic about what God has done for us that it is hard to contain the energy. It reassured us that God appreciates the praise in any shape or form and suggested raising your hands to the sky and saying thanks. After a short discussion we put in an upbeat Bible song and praised God for our school and new friends. It was so much fun to watch them jump and raise their arms as they said "Thanks God" or "Love You God".

Thanks for another AMAZING day with your children!
