Today we went over Palm Sunday and painted Palm leaves. Tomorrow we'll be learning about the last supper with Mrs. Mandy then Wednesday-Thursday we'll be talking about how Jesus died for our sins and then he came back to life. We'll be doing a few different crafts to go along with what we learn. Tomorrow we are going to do a Cross and Wednesday the tomb of which Jesus's body was laid to rest. Thursday we'll be skipping craft time for a egg hunt everybody will be sent home with a goodie bag and a bag of jelly beans with the jelly bean prayer attached.
Jelly Bean Prayer
Red is for the blood he gave
Green is for the grass he made
yellow is for the sun so bright
orange is for the edge of night
black is for the sins we made
white is for the grace he gave
purple is for the house of sorrow
pink is for a new tomorrow.
"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only son, that whoever believe in him shall no perish but have eternal life" John 3:16
