Palm Sunday

Today we had a special visit from Mrs. Mandy and she read us a story and we all learned about Palm Sunday and worked together to act it out. We all talked about how Easter isn't about the Easter bunny coming to visit but about the day of Jesus's resurrection and to be thankful for all that God & Jesus have given us. A creation kids friend asked Mrs. Mandy why eggs are hided on Easter and the kids found it interesting that the reason eggs are used is because they are a symbol of new life just like the new life we have in Jesus. Next week we'll be enjoying another visit from Mrs. Mandy on Tuesday to talk about the last supper.
