Hello Emotions :) :( :O

This week we are working on our feelings! It was so funny to go through the emotions with your kiddos. I would ask to see a sad face and get smiles, I would ask for a happy face and get a scared face and one of the favorites was silly!! We will take the week to work through then main emotions and how they make us feel. I know by the end of the week we will have them down pat! Today we focused on HAPPY! WE talked about the things that make us happy and made special happy faces to show you.

My Daddy makes me happy - Allie

Ducks make me happy - Stella

We had so much fun exploring our new centers today and learning our new song "If You're Happy and You Know It". They picked up on the song very fast today! We explored making silly faces in mirrors and attempted to make feeling faces in shaving cream but it was just too much fun to play with instead! The weather today was absolutely beautiful and we really enjoyed our outside time today!
